I'm Alaisha Alexander — an AI engineer and lifelong learner. I started in robotics research, building systems that make decisions under uncertainty; today I work in enterprise AI. The domains keep changing, but the through-line holds: I like taking ambiguous problems and turning them into something people can understand and trust.
Where I am now
I'm a Senior AI Engineer at Aimpoint Digital, a data and AI consultancy. Day to day, I design AI and data systems for enterprise clients — and build the frameworks, tooling, and education that let teams deliver them repeatably.
I trained as a mechanical engineer at MIT and Stanford, where as an NSF Fellow I built perception-to-control systems for autonomous decision-making. The domain changed; the problem didn't. I still spend my time helping people move from uncertainty to a clear, practical path forward.
