Prototyping an octopus-mimicking prosthetic — fluid dispersal methods and 3D design visualizations.
At the MIT Media Lab (advisor Hiromi Ozaki, supervisor Miriam Simun), two other undergraduates and I worked on the initial stages of designing and building a functioning prototype of an octopus-mimicking prosthetic. I prototyped various fluid-dispersal methods and created 3D visualizations of prototype designs.
